Farm/Residential Photography Information

Our Product:

We will take approximately 12 high resolution digital photos of your property from various directions. Both wide angle and close up views will be included. Approximately 1-3 days after the flight, we will post all of your photos in a photo gallery on our web site. This gallery will be very similar to the gallery of example photos that you have already seen here.

You will then have the opportunity to choose which photo you would like to have your print(s) made of. One 16x20 print is included.  You may substitute for a larger size or order additional prints for an extra charge. Once your print selection has been made, you should expect delivery of the photos within 7 to 10 days. As an added bonus we will also include a CD-ROM with the 12 high resolution digital images for no extra charge!

How can we locate your property?

In order to locate your property from the air we will need very detailed directions along with a good description. For homes in subdivision or a city environment, just the street address is usually sufficient. For farms we will need  more information since property boundaries are not always discernable from the air.  Ideally, Latitude/Longitude coordinates from a GPS or a high altitude photo from Google Earth are the most useful. This is an example of a Google Earth photo. You can locate your property and place a marker on the photo which you can then send to us. Another method would be to print the photo, mark your approximate property boundaries and then send us the photo either electronically or via US Mail.

We can also find your property by old fashioned methods when all else fails. If you provide detailed driving directions from a nearby town or landmark and a good description of your property we can usually find it. It helps to place an easily identifiable object such as a brightly colored tarp outside to catch our eyes from above. This object can be digitally edited out of the photos later. Another option is for you to schedule a time when we can visit you and we will use our GPS to mark your location so we can easily fly to it later.
