Q: Why are there no prices posted on your web site?
A: We cannot give accurate pricing information without first
learning exactly what the subject to be photographed is, where the
subject is, how many photos are needed, whether they will be
prints or digital, the intended use, etc. Please contact us and we
will be happy to provide a guaranteed quote in writing.
Q: How many photos will I receive?
A: You will receive however many you request. We are a custom
aerial photography company which means we customize your order to be
exactly what you want, nothing less. We do not limit our clients to
fixed packages. What you want is what you get.
Q: How long will it take to receive my photos?
A: We will typically fly the next day after receiving an order
and possibly even on the same day. Good flying weather with bright
sunshine and clear air are the primary limiting factors. Once we
take your photos, email delivery is available as soon as the day
after the photo flight. Prints can take anywhere from 2-5 days
depending on the size of the order. Digital photos on CD-ROM will
normally be delivered via U.S. Mail unless the client requests a
rushed delivery.
Q: How large of prints can you produce?
A: Our camera takes photos that can be enlarged with good quality
up to 40" X 60"!
Q: Can we make prints from the photos on our CD-ROM?
A: Yes or No depending on the original intended use of the
photos. For instance our real estate clients need to reproduce the
photos in brochures and on web sites, so we include limited
reproduction rights in our pricing for this purpose. We will be
happy to negotiate a fair price for reproduction of our photos for
almost any use you might need. Of course, we will be happy to have
prints made for you and we guarantee the quality.
